Do hours roll over?
As a monthly membership service, our clients subscribe to us for the ability to retain a U.S.-based Mental Health Virtual Assistant, with specific mental/behavioral health background.
While each plan offers a different level of service, as a membership subscription our plan hours do not rollover, and your membership fees are not tied to time specifically.
Do you work weekends?
the support group works standard business hours (see our availability below), Monday through Friday and is not expected to work on weekends or after 6 p.m. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend.
If submitted before/after business hours, the support group will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
***Urgent request can be made during off hours for a premium surcharge of $25.00***
Do you take vacations?
Yes, yes we do! Just like every professional, a little time away is good for the staff. Vacations will be announced with at least 1 month's advance notice, and your monthly subscription will be prorated during that time if necessary if an interruption in services will occur.
Do you work holidays?
The Support group observes major U.S. holidays. we will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions during the year:
New Year's Day
Day After Thanksgiving
Day after christmas (open at 12 p.m.)
Additionally, MHVA will work a half day on the Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving and on New Year's Eve.
When do I pay?
Invoicing will take place monthly, recurring on the date in which your contract starts. Invoices are expected to be paid within 3 business days. Accounts that go beyond the 4th day will go into a hold status, with tasks not being completed until paid in full. If there is a hardship, please contact Tamera and rest assured she will work with you.
